Sometimes we lose our way, we get caught in the cycle of chasing that myth that happiness is something found outside of us. The truth is though, happiness comes from within & it is often the simple things in life that bring us back to that space. It could be through a conversation, grounding in nature, connecting with animals and/or kids, ourselves, and to spirit that we can find the answers within the stillness & breathe in the present moment.
